After a harsh winter,I had enough with dark and gloomy turtle necks and chunky sweaters! Its time to wake up from the winter blues!! This season, I will remind myself that spring is here by rocking the little flower prints. 
One advice I would give is that... sometimes flowers can make you look country or even old ladylike. Avoid small flowers with weird bold color backgrounds (ie purple with orange flowers). With giant flower prints, make sure its scattered and not patterned too repetitively. You can find all the stuff I wear at, of course forever!
