Mom's been cooking for me every night since I moved back home. I decided to show her my appreciation by cooking for her. I made her TACOS!
Gotta have the whole shebang! I try to make things my way...I like my guac tangy so I added lime juice and also pieces of its pulp without the chewy part. To me, you can never add too much cilantro.... then the rest like fresh tomato and onions. Yummy my mouth is getting watery thinking about it. =D
I had about 3 of these suckers! My favorite place to buy ingredients is Trader Joe's. Its a one stop wonder. The entire dinner was only $38!
